1. Cancellation by Participant:

Up to 7 Days Before the Workshop: Full refund or option to reschedule.

3 to 6 Days Before the Workshop: 50% refund or option to reschedule.

Less than 3 Days Before the Workshop: No refund, rescheduling may not be available.

2. Cancellation by Plantasia Green Design:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the workshop, it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for the same time frame.

4. No-Show Policy:

Participants who do not show up for the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
